Crosswind's Maximum Velocity
Rafa's sire is Crosswind's Maximum Velocity (Spot of Gold X Little Red Flower). "Max" is a handsome Liver Chestnut Pinto Saddlebred who is now gelded. Rafa is the only NSH foal sired by Max. Max is currently being shown on the Pinto Horse Association of America Circuit in halter and western pleasure. He has numerous wins in both disciplines.
Being shown by his amateur owner and trainer, Max has now accomplished placings and wins on the American Saddlebred Show Circuit, again in western and halter. We look forward to Max's continued show success.

Adorning his pedigree are great sires including My Genius King, Boola Boola, Modern Creation, Omans Desdemona Denmark, Gallant Guy O Goshen, and many, many more. Rafa's Dam is EHT Rumor Has It (EH Trinity Fire X Maisa Al Sufi). "Rumor" is a 50/50 National Show Horse mare who has more than proven herself in the showring having many championship halter titles on the PtHA show circuit. She is also a Saddlseat Futurity Champion! Rumor has been schooled and/or shown in halter, saddleseat, huntseat, trail, and jumping. Rumor is currently in training for Western Pleasure, and will return to the show ring in 2009 showing.
Rumor combines the best of both worlds with her breeding. On her Saddlebred side, prestigeous stallions such as STF Key Hope, Key Largo, Fountain of Youth, Yorktown, Glen Groves Lord Vanity, and Vanity's Sensation of Crebilly all appear on her 5 Generation Pedigree. Not to be outdone by the stallions, prestigeous mares can be found on Rumor's pedigree as well- Meadow Vanity, Carnival Queen, and Spelling Bee to name a few.
Rumor's Arabian blood offers the finest Egyptian and Crabbet breeding. Her Dam, Maisa al Sufi, is in the Egyptian Pyramid Society and is sired by the gorgeous stallion Avatar Al Sufi. Rumor is double bred Shaikh Al Badi, four crosses to the immortal stallion Nazeer, double Raseyn, and two crosses to Morafic. Filling her pedigree are the precious Arabian mares, more often than not considered even more important than the stallions- Bint Beuna Suerte, Maisa, Mabrouka, and the immortal Bint Maisa Al Saghira!
